I can't find my favourite dinosaur! Will you add it to your collection for me?

What is your return policy?

If you have any query or are unhappy with the print quality with your item, you must contact the Mystery Dino supplier that was stated on your delivery slip (this looks like a sticker and is either printed on your package or is inside it when you open it).

If your item arrives and you would like to swap it for a bigger or smaller size, you must purchase the new size yourself, you do not return any item to us, that was printed especially for you, why not give it as a gift to another dinosaur fan friend of yours?
